A: The DN12 is one of the BEST subwoofers I’ve ever owned. I have a family room, 20’X30’ and I produces a bass experience throughout the room, that keeps you begging for more! Exceptional product!
A: Best to hook up using RCA plugs in the back of the receiver, i had trouble out of mine when hooked up to the speaker wire, called Def Tech, they said I needed more power.
A: Hello, When using the Definitive Technology DN15 subwoofer, it's important to note that it offers three connection options, making it a versatile choice for different audio setups. The subwoofer features Speaker Inputs (Hi-Level Inputs), a dedicated LFE (Low-Frequency Effects) Subwoofer input, and Left/Right RCA Line-In Inputs. If your amplifier has a single LFE (subwoofer output) and provides crossover settings for a connected subwoofer, it is recommended to use the LFE input of the subwoofer for the best connection. The Left and Right RCA Line-In inputs can be connected to the pre-out section of your amplifier, allowing you to use the crossover settings on the subwoofer to blend it well with your front speakers. Lastly, the Hi-Level speaker wire connection option can be connected directly to the same terminals as your front left and right speakers. Booooooom!!!!
Simply amazing!!! No sound distortion whatsoever! Just cripsy sound with a whole lot of bass!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to beef up their home theatre sytem! The only question is, Can you handle it!?

DN12 Rules!
Definitive Technology DN Series does not disappoint! These subwoofers paired with my BP9080s provide the quality sound, I’ve come to expect along with the low end bass, DT has been know for. Once of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I don’t regret the purchase!
