A: Not sure but extremely quiet and heats the room nicely.

A: Yes you can temperature with the app or remote.

A: Not sure on the weight but no problem moving it from living room to bedroom.
Q: How much amps does this device draw?
A: Not sure what it is drawing but I do know it draws a lot less then my central heating. My heating bill is not high like when I used central heat.
