    Extremely Helpful - So close to Perfect

    I love the quick access for a fast chill to ward off hot flashes. It's been quite effective. The app is a great addition for making longer sessions and/or varying the intensity of the cool or heat. If one could set a favorite in the app and then activate that session directly on the device, I'd give a 5 star. I'd prefer the device be a little flatter, but there's no change in rating for that one way or the other - it works marvelously and I use it much more than expected. Once winter comes, I know I'll use it to warm up as well :)

    Embr Wave 2

    It takes a little to get used to, but once I did, I really like it. The app has a setting called 'Cold Drink' that provides cooling for 60 minutes that is really nice. It is a bit clunky and looks like you are wearing a watch the wrong way. I would recommend trying it for anyone who suffers from hot flashes.

    Not today, menopause!

    [Employee of bestbuy] I was skeptical of this technology at first, but was willing to try it. It truly takes away my hot flashes and quickly, I am so happy to say! I love it. Bought one for my sister, too. I don’t take any hormones or use products like pellets. I just use this device and so happy to have discovered it! Now I can stop carrying a personal fan around with me. The rose gold color is very pretty, too.

    A must have for POTS or menapause

    You would think a cool feeling on your wrist couldnt help a hot flash but IT DOES! This cooling watch helped me pre-diagnosis. I would have had to quit my job if not for this handy little thing. It's a drug free solution to the panic a hot flash causes and it can help distract from the feelings a hot flash can cause.

    Meh

    Didn't work very well. Tried it for a few weeks, it does feel different but not really cool or warm. For the money I didn't notice a difference worth keeping. Returned it
