A: Not sure if they actually hold more ink, but they do last longer. I get more pages per cartridge than the previous Epson 126 high yield cartridge I used. I tried refilling the cartridges but I was not happy with the quality Using these I get extended number of pages and quality. For the quality I am willing to pay a little more. I purchase both the black and the colors. I print mostly in black and white and rarely in color. Still I find the black cartridge lasts longer.

A: They work in my Epson 450 I'm not sure about yours but I'm sure if you check the packaging it will list the various models that ink cartridge will work on
