A: Hi Ricardo- We bought this projector to do exactly that - stream football outdoors during the day. Based on Epson's response to your question, we decided to purchase this projector and it absolutely did not work. We had a cloudy day, placed the projector in a completely shaded area, covered the back of the screen with a tarp to enhance picture quality, and even changed settings to project from the rear. Nothing worked. To top it off, we were charged a $135 restocking fee when we returned the projector we couldn't use. I typically never write a review but felt compelled to because we purchased this projector based on Epson's response to your question saying, "Hello Ricardo. The EF21 Projector has outstanding picture brightness. It uses 3-chip 3LCD technology, producing 1,000 lumens of color brightness (IDMS Rated) and 1,000 lumens of white brightness (ISO Rated) for day or night. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team." I just don't want others to be misled only to have the same experience we did.
