So far my experience has not been great. When the oven works it is very good and I love induction cooking but this oven despite the high price is not the best so far. Within the first 3 months, the small front burner stopped working and the front screen stopped popping out. It is still under warranty but getting Fisher & Paykel to respond takes a long time ( 45 minutes in the phone queue) and even though the stove is under warranty, they couldn't send a technician out for 3 weeks! Not the best quality or service so far.

We cannot recommend this range. We have had the range for almost three years, and it has had multiple issues over and over again. We are on a first-name basis with one of the Repair Technicians from Appliance Man because he has been out so often to work on the problems we have experienced. The induction burners have had multiple problems - they will simply shut off without any warning. The oven has been a complete disaster with the latest surprise failure occurring on Thanksgiving Day this year. The over started adjusting the temperature on it own, so we had to watch it like a hawk while we were baking pies, side dishes, and the turkey. What a joke for a range that we paid over $6,000 for. Fisher & Paykel honored their 2-year warranty and even just agreed to give us a "Goodwill" service call now that the 2-year warranty period is over. But, we believe it is time for them to replace this "lemon" with another range. We have tried to get them to do that, but so far they have resisted.
