Same horrible experience w/ Garmin products
at this point I think garmin is just sending all their trash to Best Buy to get it out of their warehouse. have had this for a little over three weeks, yesterday before my race I checked the battery level and said 100% so I knew I'd be good, it was a shorttrack race so only 40-50 minutes long plus 30 minute warm up. On lap 3 of 4 I looked down and the screen was off, pressed the on button and showed low battery sign. After the race I hit the on button again and it said battery was at 1% after 1 hour of use. went home plugged it in and now it won't charge, the screen won't even show a low battery sign. It is now not responding at all. Another terrible experience with Garmin products from Best Buy, and Garmin customer service doesn't care enough to reply to my emails. Best Buy just says better luck next time and sends a different defective device to me. Ive now had 6 different devices in 16 months and have had issues with them all, contacted Garmin support and they never replied after the first time
