Service Very Poor
We’ve owned this product less than a year had problems with the door open. Item is broke cannot open the door makes a loud bangs and the biggest problem is trying to get it fixed every phone number you call talk to somebody else now they want me to bring it to the store. This compactor weighs just as much as the fridge. Very dissatisfied.

Love our Trash Compactor
We have had the Kitchenaid in our last 3 story condo & love it so much we decided to purchase another-this time we went with the slicker looking GE. This one works just as well-yes it is noisy but saving time not having to take the trash out every 2-3 days is a great trade off!!

I really love this new trash compactor! The pedal only access is really convenient. It saves time and has a positive affect on the environment because I use less plastic trash bags.
