Q: I just bought this washer but it doesn’t fill up with water
A: Hello, Good question! We first want to congratulate you on the new appliance. Your business is greatly appreciated and we'd love to help. The washer not filling up is normal. The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. A: I read the manual and it says to add fabric softener along with the detergent and and choose "deep rinse" option. I was skeptical at first but it does a good job. Hope this helps you.
Q: Hey does this washer Clean King size comforters with ease?
A: Yes it does. It is not as large as my last washer, but it does a much better job and does not constantly go unbalanced.
A: I am 5'1 and I found if I got a pair of salad forks . YOu know the ones that you use like scissors ( the best way I can explain it) you can use them to get the cloths out of the bottom. I need to do that as I am so short. Hope this helps you.
A: No it does not fill to top. You have to keep pushing down the fill button until it fills where you want. The machine does not fill to the top and is not considered to be defective.

Works well
Works well, after lid locks it takes a while to unlock if you pause load or want to change settings, if laundry is running while power goes off can’t unlock lid . At least I havnt figured out how

The G.E. washing machine works great and was small enough to fit into our cramped laundry room. Having a flat back really helped.
