For your Profile side-by-side model you will need the XWFE filter. 1) Line up the arrow on the filter cartridge with the arrow on the filter cartridge holder. Gently push the top of the new filter up inside the holder. -- 2) Slowly turn the filter to the right until it stops - do not overtighten. As you turn the filter, it will automatically raise itself into position. The filter will move about a 1/4 of a turn or 90°. -- 3) Run water from the dispenser for approximately 5 minutes or 2 gallons of water. Water may spurt and air bubbles may be visible during this process. -- 4) Press and hold the Water Filter pad on the dispenser for a full 3 seconds to reset the filter indicator. -- We hope this provides the information you need. Love my Refrigerator
We love this refrigerator! It’s perfect. The freezer width is narrow but we have a deep freezer so it’s ok. The motor is quiet. Love the light on the door for the water ice dispenser.The stainless steel finger print proof doors are the best. We are pleased with our purchase.

Damaged goods
I was so disappointed when we unboxed this appliance and it was damaged in several places. The box had no signs of being damaged but the refrigerator sure did. The top hinge and door on the refrigerator side was so badly damaged that the door wouldn’t close. My amazing husband and son fixed it because I was so upset that I was crying. I have been waiting and saving a long time to purchase this. Best Buy gave me a discount because my only other option was to take it back, 340 mile round trip, no delivery to here! I will be a lot more attentive to details. The box was undamaged so had to have been done before boxing. Shame on someone. Otherwise I love the refrigerator.

Good amount of space
This is great and lots of space. Ice make can be noisy but not enough to bother me. Id buy it again.
