I love my new cooktop
I love my new induction cooktop. The dialing of the cooking temperature with just a quick tap, the fast heating and boiling are great. I really appreciate ease of cleaning up after my gas range - cleaning under the knobs, lifting off the grates (the feet would fall off), and the smoky residue left on my cookware. No more worries of accidently leaving the gas turned on!
