The Germ Guardian 22" Air Purifier with HEPA Pet Pure Filter and UV-C Light is designed to capture dust, allergens, and airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns. While it can help reduce fine dust in the air left over from recent floor sanding, it may not capture larger or heavier dust particles that settle quickly on surfaces. We recommend cleaning visible dust first and then using the air purifier to help remove the remaining fine dust from the air for cleaner indoor air quality.
