It sears meats and other foods on high heat to lock in delicious flavor for professional results. The temperature is adjustable from warm up to 450° F. The grill surface is made of durable cast iron that is preseasoned to reduce sticking and to save time and effort. Cast iron is a hard surface that is naturally scratch-resistant even when using metal utensils. Cast iron also holds heat better than aluminum for evenly browned and cooked foods. With the convenient drain, it's easy to push excess grease into the removable drip tray that slides out for easy grease disposal or recycling. The drip tray is top-rack dishwasher safe and the removable cooktop easily wipes clean. The cord wrap keeps excess cord off the countertop and reduces clutter. The grill is backed by a 3 year limited warranty.
