A: According to the HP Elitebook 9470M series it was manufactured in around 2013 era so it's pretty old. Battery is removable. I also want to buy this because it's one of the cheapest ultrabooks I've seen around but the price is still a little high for such an old hardware.
Q: Is there any warranty offered for refurbished laptop products?
A: one year / 12m warranty with Tech Support to the original end-user (purchaser), excluding accessories. just bought it, have use it yet, hopefully will never use it, but nice to have in case:)
A: Yes, you can remove and replace the hdd for one with greater storage. You can access it by powering off the system, removing the battery, and then removing a few screws from the square compartment to the side of the battery compartment area. You would have to clone your data and OS over if you wanted it to remain on your laptop. This one in particular comes with an ssd which is faster than hdd so switching over may affect performance.
Q: where is the warranty information?
A: This comes with a one year limited warranty from the refurbisher. The warranty covers parts, labor, and shipping for the repairs necessary. The warranty is exclusive to the end user only.
Q: Can I upgrade to Microsoft 16
A: Windows 10 is good enough as of today as my 2 cents, even someone back to Win7, if you are the advanced to the new tech, try it out, and let us know, thanks
