A: Hi Danny! Thank you for your question, and we are sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the handlebars assembled. This part of the process is easiest with two people, or by laying the footboard of the scooter on its side while connecting the wires from the handlebars to the footboard. Make sure you loosen the handlebar "Stem clamp" that sits at the bottom of the handlebar to ensure you can slide it over the front fork easily. Once you have connected the wires and line up the handlebars and front fork, gently work the handlebars down until the wires are pressed up into the handlebar tubes. Best Kid Scooter out there
I picked up this scooter for my niece and nephew, and it’s quickly become the favorite thing they all share. Even with the usual sibling rivalry, they actually take turns without arguing because they’re all obsessed with how smooth the ride feels and how cool the lights look. Assembly was simple and fast, and the battery life has been impressive so far. It’s been a great way to get them outside together and moving as a team. Just remember the Scooter has to be in motion before taking off on the throttle

Fast set up, long battery life
Perfect scooter for outdoor activities with my kids. Set up literally took less than one minute, there are two cables to connect and two hex bolts to tighten and that is it. My kids love the lighting effects. Been using this for over a week now and have not had to recharge it. Note, you do have to be moving for the electric assist to kick in.

Great Scooter for Kids
I am really impressed with this scooter and how easy it was to set up right out of the box. It feels very well constructed and sturdy, which gives me peace of mind when my child is riding it around the neighborhood. The lights are a fun bonus and make it easy to see in the evening. Overall this scooter has been a fantastic purchase and has quickly become a favorite toy at our house.
