A: I have used both the 20 inch and 32 inch Insignia soundbars. Bass is stronger with the 32 inch, but they otherwise are similar. With the 32 inch you can position the subwoofer closer to where you are sitting, so it provides a greater surround effect.
Q: How do I turn off the connection announcement every time I turn the tv on?
A: If you press and hold the mute button on the remote for approximately 8 seconds, you should then see the soundbar blink a red light 3 times. Turn the TV off and On again, and you should see the voice assist has been deactivated.
A: Yes and its terrible.
A: Nope that does not fix it. It just works when it wants too. It's junk! Never have had this problem with a soundbar before
Q: Does the 20” mini insignia have a built in subwoofer?
A: No it does not. This is bottom of the line in soundbars.
Q: Is there a way to turn off the red stand-by led?
A: I've looked for a way to turn off that red light, I don't think that's an option.
Q: Does this work with just a phone as a speaker?
A: Yes, you can connect to your phone via bluetooth, but it still needs AC plug and thus not portable.
Q: will this work with all TV Brands
A: It should, it plugs in via an HDMI cord

Unbeatable value for the price!
I am amazed at the quality of this soundbar for the price! The sound quality is great for the small size and budget. I particularly love that it does not come with any brand logo/tag on the front of the soundbar, giving it a very neutral look that blends in anywhere. I am using it as a speaker for my laptop, connected via Bluetooth and so far, it has not let me down! I enjoy the improved sound for watching videos, making audio calls or playing occasional games. The remote feels good in the hand (not flimsy) and works great too!

Great value for size
Got this on sale for like 35 bucks around there, size is great, definitely loud, and sound quality is good. I also like that the wall mounting bracket comes with a template which is much easier than trying to measure. Pictured with 50 inch tv

Sounds Great
It’s a great sounding little soundbar, the bass is really good for being a small soundbar. It comes with a template for mounting it. It’s also a perfect size for my projector. I haven’t decided where I’m going to put it yet since I’m rearranging my room.
