Liven up the party with this Insignia NS-BK2TSS6 kegerator, which holds a 1/2 keg or 1/4 keg slim with a 2-tap system to ensure plenty of beer is available. After the night is over, convert to a beverage cooler with 2 wire shelves.
A: Interior dimensions are 28" high x 20" wide
Q: Does the regulator handle two kegs at once?
A: With the included equipment, Yes. But the beers will be served at the same pressure. If you want to serve at different pressures then you would need to get additional equipment.
A: 1. You can fit only (1) 1/2 Barrel Keg (typical size almost all bars and restaurants use for on tap beer) 2. You can fit (2) 1/6 Barrel Kegs 3. You can fit (1) 1/4 Barrel Slim and (1) 1/6 Barrel Keg 4. You can fit (1) 1/4 Barrel (Pony) which is short but wide ***5. You can fit (2) 1/4 Barrel Slim Kegs (Take note - the gasket does not make full contact and is roughly 1/4 inch from closing. I personally used duct tape in 3 areas (bottom, middle, top) and this is keeping the door completely closed and sealed). Obviously, I can't store mugs or glasses inside anymore because I'd rather keep (2) 1/4 Slim kegs than (1) 1/6 and (1) 1/4 keg and some mugs mainly because your beer selection opens more when you go up to the 1/4 size kegs. If the manufacturer used just a bit more material and made the depth maybe a 1/2 inch deeper, 2 would fit and the door would close no problem!! ****
Q: What is the size of the CO2 tank
A: 5lb tank
A: Comes with Sankey connection. You can modify really easy. Go to your local brew store and they should be able to help you out.
A: Depends how much beer and how often you drink depends on how long the CO2 tank will last. They last pretty long though, I get 3-4 kegs on one tank. When it's empty, go get it re-filled. It does come empty so you'll have to get it filled anyway before you tap a keg. They can be filled usually at a welding supply store.
A: Yes and yes. I have the CO2 tank inside with a dual regulator and i can fit 2 corny kegs also. I also bought some custom tap handles that are taller and they do not bump into each other at all.
A: The only external connection required is the power cable. The kegerator is also on wheels so it is easily moved.
