Q: Is this freezer frost free ?
A: No it isn’t—manual defrost
Q: Does this appliance require an upgraded outlet?
A: Regular 115v. wall socket.

Q: There is a hole under the drawer that seems to be for the manual defrost. Where does it drain?
A: Check underneath from the front, or look at back, for a tray that should be under that drain hole. Old tech, I’ve had to substitute old baking pans, & once even just formed aluminum foil pan. Drips usually dry in place. Some drains have tubing to direct drainage to drip pan off to one side under the box.
Q: What are the inside dimensions. Need to know if a 13X18 sheet pan will fit on the shelf.
A: Hello, the shelf measures 17 inches Width ,16.5 inches depth, so a 13 inches × 18 inches sheet pan will not fit flat inside the unit. Excellent freezer - Rock Solid
Excellent freezer. We tried to use another brand that was supposed to be garage ready but it could not stand up to the cold. This has been rock solid for a couple of months now with no issue at all. I did buy a temp sensor to keep in the house that will alert me if the unit fails so that way I don't end up with spoiled food. There is plenty of storage, even in a smaller unit like this and I am very happy that I went with a shelved unit instead of a chest freezer. It is so much easier to organize and you don't end up burying things that will get lost and freezer burnt or having to pull up older items to the top. Highly recommend. Extremely easy to move. Great size overall. Good price and very solid results... I actually had to turn the freezer down quite a bit from the dial or else it would be way too cold so you can easily deep freeze in this unit if needed.

Great garage fridge or freezer!
This was the perfect size for what we were looking for. We bought 2 and use one as a fridge and one as a freezer side by side. It comes with the door hinge on the right but it was simple to convert the door hinge to open the other way.
