Q: Can they be used wireless with the x box one
A: No they cannot and it doesn't state that anywhere on the description. And the box says they "work great" with Xbox but you have to plug the headphones into the controller. Total crap.
Q: Can this be used for Zoom/Microsoft Meetings Calls?
A: Yes. JBL Quantum 600 can be used for phone-video conferencing programs.
Q: Hi, what is the solution to use it on tv without wires? (Transmitter) Thanks for your help!
A: Our JBL Quantum 600 can only connect to your TV through Bluetooth. You may also notice a slight audio/video delay since it's not a low latency Bluetooth.
Q: can i use a usb type c cable to my type c mobile phone on my audio? will the rgb will light up?
A: The USB C port on our JBL Quantum 600 is only used for charging so you'll need an adapter from 3.5mm aux to USB-C to connect to your phone. You can also check out other Quantum headphones that would fit your phone here:https://www.jbl.com/quantum.html
A: The USB-C cable and port of our JBL Quantum 600 are for charging the headphones only. Please check the settings of your computer and make sure that you have selected Quantum 600 as the audio input and output. Q: Do these work wireless with xbox ?
A: Hey there! No they do not work wireless with Xbox to my knowledge because of they way microsoft does usb ports on the xbox
A: Hey, so you may have to turn off the xbox audio through TV when headsets are plugged in. I used to have that same problem until I found out that option in settings. Hopefully this helps!
