Q: Does this unit allow hands free cellphone calls?
A: answering yes (though you have to press the answer button). Calling not so much as you have to scroll though the phone book to get to the number you want to call.

A: Yes, you can connect Bluetooth capable phones to this.
A: I don't have a Focus, but from what I see it has a much larger "hole" than this radio takes. This radio mounts in a "single din" hole. You can buy an adapter for mounting to make this radio fit. If not here, then from Amazon. Be careful to pick the mounting adapter for the right year Focus.
A: I had this problem with one of my Kenwoods, I had Best Buy send it back to the factory for updating software. No problems since.
Q: will this radio fit into a 2008 ford f150 lariat
A: Providing it has a standard radio DIN or double DIN slot, it will fit just fine with the proper adapter (if needed).
