“This radio came in my car that I have had now for over a year. I have had to have it hard reset twice now. Is anyone else having this issue or could I just have a bad or damaged radio?”

I had this problem with one of my Kenwoods, I had Best Buy send it back to the factory for updating software. No problems since.
