I got this unit to replace another KDC took a dump from rain (Jeep Wrangler). I was pleased that the harness and mic were the same connections, so installation were a breeze! I opted for another Kenwood for that reason, and the ability to change the face color. This was my first complaint, the color doesn't seem as bright as the older unit, and they all seem to have a minor red tint behind them. Connecting to an iPhone 7 was quick and easy. All the voice commands/siri functions work flawlessly. Of course, being in a Wrangler, it's nearly impossible to hold a phone conversation. The sound is pretty great, but the tuning is beyond me. I'm sorta old school and think that treble/bass adjusters are enough.

I was just looking for agreat audio upgrade and this has all the features I wanted. Great power, excellent sound, CD, Aux in, and especially HD Radio. And an itty bitty price tag. Some features I don't use, like Sirius and Pandora, but it is good to have options. On the downside, its a bit of a pain to use while driving. Tiny buttons, awkward controls. It's definitely a read-the-manual unit. Overall, quite happy. Once I learned the controls, it doesn't take much thought.

This is a great radio. It was a huge step up from the 15 year old factory system. The sound is great. The function and controls were very user friendly. The display is a little difficult to read on bright sunny days. The microphone does not pick up voice very well. When I'm using hands free I get many complaints from others not being able to hear me clearly.

Bought this deck to replace factory stereo. Sound is great has many options, Bluetooth easy to set up, USB works well. Only one con- the brightness of the LCD doesn't show very well during the day, I've tried every color option but it looks like I'm Gona have to tint my windows lol.

Couldn't possibly find this many features at a better price. A 10 for value and performance. Blue Tooth, CD, Pandora, built in equalizer, sound fields and optimized CD playback. Sound is superb on music and voice. Brought my speakers back to life.

I'm very happy with this stereo, the sound is very good and the price was very reasonable. The options that comes with this unit is very useful and easy to use!

I installed this on my boat and it worked perfectly. Really enjoyed the Bluetooth capability. Sound was great. User friendly too

This was a great buy for the money compared to all other possible recievers available from best buy. There seems to be some negatively towards the LCD screen not being bright enough, but I think this is due to where the receiver is in the vehicle compared to others. Mine is great during the day as it sits middle console in a PT Cruiser. I installed this unit on my own and took approximately 1/2, the equalizer is a huge plus and easy to manipulate.

I looked at this radio for my motorcycle for the somewhat longer trips that I take. I am very well pleased with the quality and sound from it. The dimmable and changing color display is nice at night, not too much glare. The cd/MP3 player works considerable lay well with the bumps. I love using my 16gig micro thumb drive for all my custom music folders. Great Radio!

After buying the wiring harness and faceplate housing I was at $125 for the radio. Had Best Buy install it sounds good like the Bluetooth feature hooking up to I phone so my daughter doesn't have to touch her phone while driving the car HD radios decent still have not subscribed to the satellite radio but it is an option on this radio. Sleek-looking brought my 2000 Volvo into the 21st century

This is a great stereo for what I needed which was Bluetooth connectivity and playing my iPhone in my car. The sound is great and has a ton of EQ settings to make it just perfect. I like that I can still control it via my streering wheel and can connect 2 phones. The microphone is also strong enough so I can talk naturally and be heard which beats the Bluetooth speaker I had clipped to my visor. The Best Buy installation was great.

This is a budget car radio. Does sound really good but I have heard better. Love the option of picking the color of the display however some colors can not be seen in sunlight easily. You will need to purchase a additional product to use the Sirius radio function.

This stereo looks great and is pretty easy to use and install. A couple reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 are that you have to purchase a separate mic for it to be compatible to use as a hands free phone option and also the Bluetooth signal cuts out every once in a while. Overall good stereo with good sound.

This is a pretty good deck. Good EQ. Not to happy it didn't come with the auto dimmer. The screen isn't bright enough. The Bluetooth is good but when I turn up the volume it jumps down to 15 by its self. Going to return it but haven't had the time.

This was the first time in decades I bought a Kenwood, and I'm thrilled with it! The sound quality is excellent and the controls are simple and stylish. The second biggest reason I bought the unit was for bluetooth support for both phone and music. Both work extremely well. Music over bluetooth sounds better than in any other car I've listened.

This receiver is well worth the price. I installed this into my 1994 Chevy p/u it works flawlessly. Purchase price $129,99. Sound quality is excellent. You can adjust everything to your taste. Bluetooth works well. You can't go wrong with this unit.

Overall this is a very nice radio with numerous features. This was purchased to replace a primitive radio in an older vehicle. Like the HD tuner and bluetooth works fairly well. Sound quality is good. Very happy for the price.

This is a great little basic stereo with an equally great price. It's easy to use and has exceptional sound. The only thing I am not too impressed with is the light level on the screen. It can be a little dim during the day.

Was a diehard Pioneer guy. Even bought a new one before returning it for this Kenwood. Like it a lot. Great features. Clock could be larger and display could be brighter in the daylight.
