Very happy with this brand new model double oven. Temperature is very stable, dual convection is great as well as having the air fryer. Temperature probe for both ovens is nice feature as well. More spacious than my older thermador double 27 inch oven it replaces. Hope it lasts as long as my old oven. Kitchenaid also has a "fit guarantee" or will reimburse up to $299 for cabinet work. With a lot of phone calls and searching I was able to participate, but they don't make it easy! Customer service not great if you have to call them. Probably no better or worse than others.

Unit works well. I am a bit disappointed that among it's various preset temps, a 100degree proof option is not included. Our old KitchenAid oven had that and we bake a lot of bread. I think the air fryer option will be used however again, disappointed that the Air Fryer rack is not packaged in the oven but is an add on. Even a broiler pan is not included as they have been for years. I am using old broiler pan, One recipe called for a temp of 372 degrees and it appears I must stay within 5 degree increments. Perhaps over time I will find a way to handle that but it doesn't come with a manual so I have to go find it and download it.

Replaced a similar oven that was almost 20 years old. This new one is even better with multiple cooking modes and internet connectivity !!!
