A: No, we bought the washer pedestal when purchasing the washer and dryer. Best Buy made an error and the pedestal was NOT delivered when washer and dryer arrived and installed. We finally got it delivered 3 weeks later by the same delivery company but they said they were there for drop off only. We had to find help to do it ourselves. Was very disappointed as we paid for it to be installed the day of original delivery. So get help as it's not really easy unless you're younger and strong to lift the washer to put onto the pedestal.
