Features

  • 1.0 Cu. Ft. Capacity

For every big load you wash, there are smaller loads that are a big deal. The compact, 1.0 cu. ft. LG SideKick is specially designed for your small, custom-care laundry loads.

  • So you can clean three days of sweat-laden spin class gear now rather than waiting for a full load in your regular washer. Discrete compact washer sits underneath the main washing machine. Also acts as a pedestal to elevate the front load washer for easier loading and unloading.

  • 6 Wash Cycles

When the tag reads Gentle or Hand Wash Only? Trust it to the LG SideKick washer. With special cycles for Intimates, Hand Wash and Active Wear, each setting is designed to deliver a thorough clean and proper fabric care for items you prefer to wash separately.

  • Custom cycles provide the perfect balance of cleaning and fabric care. There's even a convenient TubClean Cycle to keep your SideKick fresh, clean and in tip-top condition.

  • Detergent and Softener Dispensers

Small loads deserve all the care and attention of larger ones so this LG SideKick includes separate dispensers for detergent and fabric softener. Add one or both before the start of any wash cycle to ensure clothes come out clean, fresh, and soft to the touch.

  • NeveRust Stainless Steel Tub

    Smooth surface helps prevent snags.

  • Inlet Hoses

SideKick includes 2 short inlet hoses. For installations with a washer when a single set of hot and cold water lines are present, you will also need 2 additional inlet hoses and 2 y-connectors.

  • Requires fill hose (not included)

    for standard hook-up upon delivery.

The little brother to the new Wash/Dryer Combo

First there is Siri and Alexa, then we get chatgpt4 with google AI with Baird and Microsoft copilot. Now LG Electronics comes out with an AI enabled combo washer and dryer. Yes, washer and dryer with a heat pump to eliminate the dryer vent. I wasn’t able to get into the manual before my wife had it connect to the LG app on her iPhone and changing the settings and starting a wash. I read that on larger loads it does take a little longer to dry than a traditional dryer and they are right. But my wife runs it when she goes to work and it’s done when I come home. I have been around a lot of innovation projects at some large companies and LG has really pushed the envelope on this unit. It senses your loads and identifies how dirty the clothes are and then takes care of the rest with the AI Wash and Dry setting. If you don’t trust the AI to take over your washing duties yet, then select from 15 other wash cycles. We decided to let it take over the duties. From the auto detergent and softener dispenser to the ventless design and top lint collector, they have simplified the laundry process for me and my family. Not to forget the little brother unit (underneath) that I also picked up. The #LGSideKickPedestalWasher. My wife and girls like it for washing smaller loads and their undergarments that need a little more TLC or just need to be air dried. As my wife said, Life is Good

    You need this!

Love this! It makes so much sense. I need the pedestals for height, but the pedestal under the dryer is sufficient for my storage needs. The sidekick makes my laundry so much more efficient. It's great for hand wash, delicates, things that don't go in the dryer, more precise color sorting, and isolating things like muddy clothes, tennis shoes, etc.
