Q: Can it connect to multiple devices at the same time? (I have 2 cell phones)
A: I haven't gotten it to work, so i'll say no. The predecessor 810s could. I try to connect to my mac and phone at the same time and couldn't.
Q: Is the external microphone located on each side of the headset or just one?
A: The Dual MEMS Microphones for the LG TONE ULTRA™ Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-820 are both located on the left side of the neck collar. One is on top and the other on the side between the Volume jog switch and the Call button...^IFV
A: My husband wears his everyday working outside and sweating and has never had a problem. Probably not as waterproof as the active ones, but they don’t make those anymore.

Q: Can you make calls with this head by push the button on the headset.
A: Jay, I believe (depending on your BT device) in the case of using and iPhone for example, if you long press the "call" on the left hand side of the headset it will redial the last person you called, if you just short press it will activate Siri and then using your voice command to initiate as of you were using your phone without BT
Q: How do you turn up your voice volume so other people can hear you better
A: If wearing the headset, the volume will be on the left hand side right next to the charging port. Also, don't forget when connected to turn up your phones Bluetooth volume setting. ^AC
