“My Speaker only works on the right side....so I was wondering is that how it works...? Because its Speaker on both sides...”

• The LG TONE ULTRA® Premium Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-820 is a Stereo headset and if you are only getting audio through one channel then either the device you are streaming from is set on mono and is only sending out a mono audio signal or the wire on the side that is not working is broken or the speaker is defective...^IFV

• If you're talking about the external speaker, there's only one Ear buds of course "should" work on both sides. I say should because so many people have had problems of one side dropping out, it seems likely you'll soon have only one there too. I've had the problems with TWO sets of LG's so I'll never buy their again.

• I only have a speaker on the RIGHT side... the other side is the Mic i believe.
