• A:Answer My husband wears his everyday working outside and sweating and has never had a problem. Probably not as waterproof as the active ones, but they don’t make those anymore.

• A:Answer Jay, I believe (depending on your BT device) in the case of using and iPhone for example, if you long press the "call" on the left hand side of the headset it will redial the last person you called, if you just short press it will activate Siri and then using your voice command to initiate as of you were using your phone without BT

• A:Answer in my opinion there is a speaker button on the device. So in other words if you hit the button by mistake and you don't want everyone to hear with whom you are talking to you are busted. I am not sure about the range on the 820 model but I can tell you the range on the 820S model sucks. I couldn't walk away from my phone ( Galaxy 8) without it losing a signal. I couldn't even put the phone in my pocket ( never had that problem before and to tell you this was my 6th or 7th retractable blue tooth headset by LG. Oh! I can't remember if the 820 model has buttons on each side of the device to retract the ear pieces. This set is not worth the money I am gonna use it as a back up . I just ordered the Tone Infinim from another company. Also by LG. Hoe this answer helps, if not let me know!!!1 Take care

• A:Answer My guess is you’re using an I phone. I have never been able to get the lg headset to work with an iPhone. Only android devices. And apple doesn’t care, they want you to buy their air pods.

• A:Answer You shouldn't worry about resetting anything. Instead you should take it right back or return it to wherever you got it. Mine started dropping calls, now it constantly does. Based on the other LG headsets I bought in the same HBS product line which are also going bad, you're likely to have problems you don't want. Dropping calls while sitting still, next to the phone or with it in your pocket? c'mon? (actually they have good range ...while they're connected) Sorry if I already answered this, I don't see the answer posted.
