“Is the external mono speaker on one side of the headset? I can only hear music playing from the right side of the headset when it's playing in speaker mode.”

Mine only has a speaker on the right side as well... I believe the left side is for the mic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a mono speaker because there's only 1. It only plays on the right side in speaker mode. I don't think it is intended to be worn while used with speaker mode but who knows.
