A:Answerrun don't walk back to the store and return it, this is likely the first of your problems w/ and LG Has headset. I've had four units (three, but one got replaced and went bad too).

One of the microphones is on the top and the other is on the side. In the images of the headphones, you can see a hole in the top below the 'JBL' logo indicating where the one on the top is and if you scroll to the next image showing the side of the left arm, you can see another hole between the Call Button and the Volume Jog Switch that locates the second microphone...^IFV

A:AnswerI have several people say that the can't understand me. I think it is because the micro phone for this model is located in the incorrect location. The mic on both sides rubs against your skin or your clothes. The other models did not do that, only this one. I am really annoyed by it. LG, should have put the mics in a different location.

A:AnswerThe LG HBS-820S DOES say who’s calling - IF the caller is in your contacts - when your phone first rings. If not, the headset may say "Unknown Caller". That’s been my experience.
