“My headphones keep saying out of range, trying to connect, connected. This happen continuously. It started about 2 weeks ago and there hasn’t been an update on my iPhone X in a few weeks prior to this happening. What is the problem and what is the fix??”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue with mine and my ios phone. I have not had the issue since below steps. cause: 1. Connecting initially with fast connect instead of initial connecction procedures. 2. I am not sure but I guess it is a situation that could be due to other LG items (ie TV’s signal) causing interference. Solution: 1. Go to phone and forget device if paired 2. Put both earbuds into case. 3. hook case to charger cord (C cable) 3. Push and hold button on earbud case for 3 to 5 seconds. 4. Open Bluetooth -discover new device- on mobile. 5. Turn on discovery 6. Connect your model (* If one choice starts with LE do not select this option.) Resources used to find answer: Pairing and Connecting Initial Pairing Open the charging case lid. With the earbuds mounted on the charging case, plug a type C™ cable into the charging port of the charging case and connect it to a power source*. The earbuds enter pairing mode (The blue LED on the charging case blinks). * You need to plug a cable into the charging port and connect it to a power source only for the initial pairing. Fast Pair Fast Pair Activate Bluetooth on your phone or device. While the earbud is mounted in the charging case, open the charging case lid and press the pairing button for 3 to 5 seconds until the blue indicator light blinks. When the Fast Pair connection pop-up appears on the top area of the mobile phone screen, tap it to connect. (It only supports Android™ 5.0 or higher, and requires configuring Bluetooth and location information settings of the mobile device.) If the pop-up does not appear, select [LG HBS-FN6] from the Bluetooth menu on the mobile phone and connect it (for users of iOS or Android 5.0 or lower versions). NOTE: To connect with another device, perform the above procedure again. CAUTION: In the list of Bluetooth connected devices, LG HBS-FN6_LE is not the correct model name for connection. Check the model name in use and connect with the model name without “LE”. Automatic Reconnection The earbuds are connected automatically when you open the cover of the charging case. If you close the cover of the charging case with both earbuds mounted in the charging case, the earbuds are disconnected.
