“My LG HBS-810 works great for audio on my iPhone 7+. However for phone calls I have 2 issues: 1) The voice of the person I am talking with gets badly distorted for 10 seconds. 2) They report my voice as being distorted. Is anybody else experiencing this?”

I have several people say that the can't understand me. I think it is because the micro phone for this model is located in the incorrect location. The mic on both sides rubs against your skin or your clothes. The other models did not do that, only this one. I am really annoyed by it. LG, should have put the mics in a different location.
