You shouldn't worry about resetting anything. Instead you should take it right back or return it to wherever you got it. Mine started dropping calls, now it constantly does. Based on the other LG headsets I bought in the same HBS product line which are also going bad, you're likely to have problems you don't want. Dropping calls while sitting still, next to the phone or with it in your pocket? c'mon? (actually they have good range ...while they're connected) Sorry if I already answered this, I don't see the answer posted.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You return it and don't buy another LG headset; I have three and they've all started dropping calls. Have problems with FOUR units actually because one was replaced and the replacement does the same now too. Also, some have lost sound in one side.
