“I have an LG Tone Ultra it's the hbs 8:30 headset and everybody says that when they call me they can't hardly hear me I turn the volume up and they're still having problems hearing me is there a way I can clean it and I sound like I'm in a box 4 month old”

My guess is you’re using an I phone. I have never been able to get the lg headset to work with an iPhone. Only android devices. And apple doesn’t care, they want you to buy their air pods.
