Engineered for baking, roasting, steaming, reheating, sous-vide cooking, and combination cooking, it delivers professional-quality results while preserving flavor, texture, and nutrients. Featuring Miele’s innovative DualSteam technology, the DGC 7840 distributes steam quickly and evenly throughout the oven cavity for consistent cooking performance on multiple levels simultaneously. The Combi-Steam function combines moisture and dry heat to create crisp, golden exteriors while keeping foods tender and juicy on the inside, making it ideal for artisan breads, roasted meats, vegetables, and delicate desserts. The oven is equipped with an intuitive M Touch display and MotionReact proximity sensor, which activates the display and interior lighting as you approach the appliance.
