The 3 in 1 principle gives you 3 cooking modes in one single appliance. So you can whip up delicious dishes even in small kitchens – use oven mode for a crispy finish or the steam cooking function to cook food gently. Combi mode in particular will give you stunning results.
Combi-Steam oven
Combine moist and dry heat as you wish. To ensure the best results, you can adjust both the temperature 85°F to 450°F (30°C to 230°C) and moisture content (0% to 100%) in combination mode. These settings can be changed up to 10 times in quick succession. This ensures the food is cooked just the way you like it.
DualSteam
The Miele Steam Oven is the ideal complement to the oven and cooktop and ensures the best cooking results. Fast heat-up times and short cooking durations as well as even steam distribution make it easier for you to cook food – this is made possible with a powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special positioning of two DualSteam steam inlets.
Automatic menu cooking
Fish or meat, potatoes, and vegetables – with MasterChef automatic menu cooking you can cook up to 3 different foods at the same time. The appliance sets the temperature, durations, and sequence. For perfect results, you simply have to put the food into the steam oven at the right time and in the right order. This is how you can make a full meal in just one cooking process and with no stress.
MasterChef
How long does the bread need and what about the vegetables? For dishes that you prepare using various intelligent Automatic Programs, you don't have to select the temperature or the duration – your appliance works automatically, making your work in the kitchen so much easier. Do you prefer your chicken a little crispier? You can customize the degree of cooking and / or browning for many types of food.
Crisp function
A delicious, crispy outside is the perfect finishing touch for some foods: Fries or croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven climate. This is achieved through the controlled reduction of moisture in the oven. You can select the Crisp Function to suit your needs.
Air Fry mode
The new built‑in AirFry feature delivers healthier, crispier results with greater capacity and more even cooking—no countertop air fryer needed. Available to both new and existing owners of compatible Miele Combi-Steam ovens, this update is enabled through the Miele@home app. AirFry can be used by itself or can be paired with the Crisp function for even better crisping performance. New AirFry recipes and step‑by‑step guidance will also be available in the Miele App.
Automatic keeping warm function
At the end of the cooking duration, food is automatically kept warm for up to 15 minutes without any loss of quality. So it does not matter if you are a few minutes late.

ClearView Lighting
To enable you to easily keep an eye on your roast or casserole when it is in the Combi-Steam Oven, high-quality LED spotlights illuminate multiple levels of the oven compartment completely – giving you a perfect view of your food from any angle.

No matter whether you are defrosting, blanching, or drying: With the Miele Combi-Steam Oven, you can prepare a huge range of food to perfectly suit your needs and taste – and the results will always be top quality and done to perfection. You can also prove dough in the oven compartment for perfect pizza or cakes that are light as air.
DirectWater plus
Our Combi-Steam ovens are equipped with a plumbed water connection. The water in these appliances is supplied and drained automatically – so there is no longer any need to fill or empty the water container. Condensation is automatically drained out of the oven compartment. This brings great practicality and convenience to your day-to-day life.
Stainless steel interior with PerfectClean
Lots of space, easy to clean: the stainless steel oven compartment provides a generous usable volume of up to 2.4 cu. ft.(68 liters), so there is room for even large cooking containers, such as those for whole chickens or fish. So you can even cook entire menus for 8 to 10 people.
SoftOpen and SoftClose
Thanks to a sophisticated damping mechanism, the door closes and opens with impressive grace. And it does so up to 90° – so you have plenty of room to easily reach the food inside the oven compartment .
Timers
How to be ready on time and relaxed with it: just set the start time, end time, or duration of the cooking process. The process will then end automatically once the programmed duration has elapsed. The built-in kitchen timer is a really convenient feature in lots of situations too. Furthermore, in the event of a power outage the set time is saved for up to 150 hours.
Motorized lift-up control panel with SoftClose
The control panel opens and closes gently at the touch of a finger – without opening the appliance door. Hidden behind the lift-up control panel are the water container, condensate container, and the wireless food probe. The panel tilts toward you when you press the sensor control to give you the best view of the display.
