Q: Do I have to use certain bottles?
A: All Primo water dispensers are designed to accept most standard 3 - 5 gallon plastic water bottles.
A: This was my struggle. It made no sense. So the answer is; were not suppose to leave cap onto jug. I done it a few times & keep thinking this cant be correct so I done research & use a piece of plastic cut to size to fit where cap went, wrap an elastic around mouth to keep it tightly in place then put on water machine. Mines a top load prime as well.
