Can I hook up a record player to this unit?
Answered by Pyle Product ExpertYes, you can connect a record player to the PFA540BT, but it depends on the type of turntable you have. If your record player has a built-in preamp (LINE output), you can connect it directly using the RCA inputs on the PFA540BT. If your turntable only outputs PHONO level audio (no built-in preamp), you will need an external phono preamp in between the record player and the amplifier. Without it, the sound will be very low and thin.
