Q: Why am i being told that removing the doors to get the unit into the house voids the warranty?
A: we followed the directions your 800# rep gave us, still have the error. Samsung will not come look at the brand new machine. 3 representatives from your company repeatedly told me that we voided the warranty when we removed the doors. Unit is being picked up and we are getting our money back. We will not purchase samsung products again.

Q: Middle strip between the two doors does not operate properly.
A: Look to see that the plastic at the top of the middle seal isnt broken, there should be a nub stickin up that runs through the track at the top of door!!!
