A: Yes, it comes with the base, heat redirector, brackets, etc. When I opened box, I was kinda just expecting the external/visible trim piece, so was a little surprised at how many other parts were inside. The instructions and template were perfect, and made it very straight-forward to install.

A: No it can not be trimmed
Q: Where can I purchase this product. I can only use black stainless.
A: It can only be purchased through Samsung, but when I went to their website i could view it but not purchase it. I went to my Best Buy store and they were able to order it for me through the third party website. It was super quick and easy. Had it shipped to my house for free.
