A: You need to connect the fridge to your WiFi with the Samsung smart things app, and you can shut off the ice making from there. I did the same thing.

A: Hi Elsie, We are happy to answer your question about this Samsung refrigerator model. The water filter on this refrigerator model is located between the crisper drawers, at the bottom center of the fresh food compartment. It is easily accessible without needing to open the drawers. Leo
Q: Did I need to order the waterline or does it come with it already?
A: The refrigerator already has a built in line but you will need to have a waterline running from your water source to the refrigerator. There was not a water line included to hook up. We did not hook up the water for the ice maker. This is our recollection of the setup. We cannot look at the back of the refrigerator to confirm or send pictures because it is at a different location.
Q: Is there a place inside to get water?
A: No, this model does not have a built-in water dispenser inside the fridge. It does make ice (both cubed and Ice Bites) with the dual auto ice maker, but there’s no spot to get filtered water directly from the refrigerator.

The best service and product
I purchased this for my employees who use the company cafeteria. I needed a large refrigerator to store food and drinks for about 30 employees. This was one of the largest refrigerators sold at Best Buy with a total capacity of 31.5 cubic feet. Pros 1. It is a very large refrigerator measuring 70" X 35 3/4" X 68 7/8", which allows you to store a lot of food and drinks. In particular, the refrigerator and freezer are designed on top and bottom, which provides convenience to employees who use the refrigerator a lot. 2. The stylish design consisting of a silver body and LED lights goes very well with the cafeteria. The handle is also designed vertically, which makes it very convenient to use as well as the appearance. 3. The refrigerator inner space is well separated, so it is very well organized to store food and drinks. It is convenient to store food according to the shape of various containers, and the storage space is also large. 4. The price is very reasonable compared to the size and performance of the refrigerator. It can be purchased for about $1600 including the product, delivery, and installation. 5. I was particularly impressed by Best Buy's service. The refrigerator was too big when it was delivered, so it was very difficult to put it into the cafeteria, but the delivery guys helped me a lot by disassembling the refrigerator door and allowing it to enter the cafeteria. Even after installation, the customer center contacted me to check on satisfaction with the product and any inconveniences during delivery. When purchasing a refrigerator in the future I would definitely use Best Buy and would strongly recommend this product and Best Buy to people around me.

Excellent Refrigerator, Great Prices, and Outstand
I’m very pleased with this refrigerator and the whole BestBuy experience. The fridge itself is spacious, quiet, and stylish — it easily fits groceries for my family, keeps food fresh, and has a modern look that matches perfectly in my kitchen. BestBuy made the purchase even better. Their prices were lower than other stores I checked, and they offered great discounts. On top of that, many products — including this refrigerator — come with gift card promotions, which is an amazing bonus. Delivery was fast, the team was professional, and customer service was very helpful throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend both this refrigerator and BestBuy. I couldn’t be happier.
Delivery and setup was perfect. The delivery men were very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took an hour or less. The refrigerator is fantastic! I have honestly never enjoyed a refrigerator as much as this Samsung 32 cubic foot beauty. It took me a bit to get it hooked up to WiFi and registered on the app, but it’s so easy to adjust the temps and turn the ice makers off and on individually. The double French doors are new to me and so is the bottom pull out freezer with the two separate racks. You can see everything in the refrigerator with both doors open. And it’s easy to access the ice and everything in the freezer. I highly recommend Best Buy and really appreciate how they kept in touch as I waited for delivery. I will definitely do business there again. My experience was with the one at the D’iberville location. Also, I’ve never taken a selfie with a refrigerator!
