We love this refrigerator! Best buy is not cool!
All in all: Given its price, this refrigerator is a fantastic addition to nearly any home, especially for those who love to cook. Amazing it has a ton of storage, the 3rd drawer is great, and the freezer has ample storage to get you further to the next time we have to go to the store. We love the amount of ice it puts out and it makes close to what I call gas station ice as anyone can get. The second best part about the refrigerator is that there is a beverage door on the left side that not only dispenses water but it also has a medium pitcher in this area too! That had me bought but the ice maker had me sold! It can actually put out 10 lbs. a day. It also makes large, cubed ice as well. For all you Stanley fans, I used the small-cubed ice, I fill mine a 1/3 of the way with the gas station ice and the rest with the pitcher water and my cup has ice lefts in it after an 8-hour day in a hot factory. I get a refill of water at my 10:00 and there is still ice at 2:30 when I leave. Note to mention: The refrigerator is like a seep dish pizza! She is deep and thick now! If you do not have deep countertops, she will stick out in between eight to twelve inches. The extra space that this gives you is worth its weight in gold. Oh, I forgot to mention that the storage on the doors is stellar! You can store gallon jugs, yes I said jugs! CONS: The ice may have a off taste at first. Our ice tasted like filtered water (kind of yuck to me but others did not mind). Yes, I did purge the system but running the water for a bit and threw away 3 batches of ice before we used any product). We also had a little issue with the ice maker not making enough ice for the first few days. This was an error on the installation part, the valve for the water line was not turned on all the way. There was an issue with installation that still has not been resolved though. This is not on the refrigerator but on Best Buy. The delivery team took our doors off the front of our house. When they went to put the doors back on the house they damaged our storm door. They stripped the screws where the door is secured to the hinge so bad that they will not come out. I will leave this review up until Best Buy resolves my claim. They have done little work to resolve the damage. After several calls and one area manager showing up to take pictures unannounced was quite lovely and very unprofessional. He stated that there was an email sent, I looked everywhere (Not even in the junk folder). No email was sent, and that was the last I have heard of seen from the customer support staff.

Stylish, spacious, and super convenient!
Love my new Samsung BESPOKE fridge! I recently bought this refrigerator, and I’m really happy with it. The Beverage Center is one of my favorite parts — I use the autofill pitcher every day, and the water tastes so fresh. The ice maker is great too, especially having both cubed and nugget ice options. It’s very quiet, and the layout makes it easy to keep everything organized. There’s plenty of space for groceries and leftovers, and I like how sleek the stainless steel finish looks in my kitchen. It really gives it a clean, modern look. Overall, I’m impressed with the quality and design. I feel like I made a great choice with this fridge — it’s stylish, smart, and fits perfectly in my home!

Great Fridge!
Great Fridge! We bought the white panel to go with our Bespoke line of kitchen appliances. The fridge is my second favorite of our kitchen upgrades. We love the design of this and how the water is not in view. The beverage center is great, we keep tea in the water pitcher. This fridge has so much room! The middle area has 5 different temp options and has two dividers. The freezer is great, with tons of space for your food! The best part is the ice maker, you can choose between two types of ice! On the outside panels, I've been using an expo marker to write out weekly dinners!
