For Best Buy it is no different than open box, except they put some inspection sticker on it to make you feel good. Ive bought both open box and refurbished from BB and they are the same. Refurb has been worse: missing components, sloppy presentatio, torn, painted, destroyed. They DO NOT actually refurb. They make it look like they do and nothing else. Its dishonest what they do.
