It does run a bit warm, so good airflow is recommended, but overall it’s a powerhouse drive for anyone who needs serious storage.

This drive has been excellent so far. I haven't noticed any speed issues and the drive is pretty quiet for an HDD. It works well in my NAS. However, the price is out of control. I don't blame Best Buy. It's supply and demand folks. Our AI gods need these.

Bought this hard drive to go in my server rack and works beautifully well. It’s quite fast and consistently good in terms of what a hard drive can do, but I will say it is a little bit noisy so be mindful of where you place this because you might end up listening to a clicking sound every time it spins up and down
