This 256GB internal solid state drive uses an M.2 2280 B+M key form factor and SATA III 6Gbps interface for compatible laptop and desktop upgrades. It is a SATA M.2 drive and is not compatible with NVMe-only slots. 3D NAND and SLC cache support responsive boot, application and file performance. Maximum read and write speeds are 560 MB/s and 530 MB/s. It supports TRIM, SMART monitoring, ECC and RAID functions. The drive measures 80 x 22 x 3.5 mm, weighs 8 g and includes one SSD.
