This 256GB internal solid state drive uses a 2.5-inch 7mm form factor and SATA III 6Gbps interface for compatible laptop and desktop upgrades. 3D NAND and SLC cache support responsive boot, application and file performance. Maximum read and write speeds are 460 MB/s and 450 MB/s. It supports TRIM, SMART monitoring, ECC, NCQ and RAID functions. The drive measures 100 x 69.9 x 7 mm, weighs up to 63 g and includes one SSD. SP Toolbox software is available as a free download.
