Maximum read and write speeds are 460 MB/s and 450 MB/s. It supports TRIM, SMART monitoring, ECC, NCQ and RAID functions. The drive measures 100 x 69.9 x 7 mm, weighs up to 63 g and includes one SSD. SP Toolbox software is available as a free download.
