I love this computer, however, it was "sold" to Best Buy by a 3rd party, Skytech Gaming. The computer keep crashing and freezing after I hooked it all up. I took it to Best Buy and they told me that I was out of luck and they wanted to charge me to have their techs work on it. I said "Yeah , no thanks, I'll figure it out". I thought the RAM was busted , so I contacted Skytech (multiple times because their services is bad) and did a RAM exchange. After the exchange, still crashing and freezing. I checked the BIOS and found that Skytech set the RAM to overclock, but the RAM was not rated for overclocking. Reset the RAM, bam, works perfect. No thanks to Best Buy or Skytech...

Purchased specifically for gaming. Runs flawlessly with all games set to high/epic/ultra.

All the pretty lights and fans come on but this pc is not connecting to display screens. Testing reveals that it is not the display screen so don’t even bother suggesting that it is the problem. I tried attaching the keyboard and no matter what usb port i put it in, it won’t read it. The keyboard works though, ive tried it on both my daughters laptop and my own. Its been a long time since ive purchased a desktop pc and this has completely turned me off from ever doing it again.
