Designed as the most powerful subwoofer in the BRAVIA Theater lineup, it enhances your home theater system with cinematic impact that you can both hear and feel. At the heart of the Sub 9 are dual opposing 200 mm (7.9″) aluminum drivers, arranged to work in tandem. This dual-driver configuration cancels unwanted cabinet vibration, allowing the subwoofer to deliver clean, distortion-free bass even at high output levels. The result is deeper, more controlled low-end response — from subtle ambient tones to powerful cinematic explosions. Powered by a 600W digital amplification system, the Sub 9 reaches into ultra-low frequencies that smaller subwoofers cannot reproduce, adding weight, dimension, and realism to movies, music, and gaming. The wireless design allows flexible placement anywhere in your room without running cables, while its premium, minimalist design with hidden cabling ensures it integrates cleanly into modern home setups. For even greater performance, the Sub 9 supports dual subwoofer pairing, enabling two units to work together for more balanced bass distribution and increased sound pressure across larger rooms. With easy setup via the BRAVIA Connect app and seamless compatibility with Sony BRAVIA Theater soundbars and receivers, the Sub 9 is built for users who want uncompromising bass performance in a wireless system.

Experience deep, rich bass in everything you watch with the SA-SW3 wireless subwoofer, designed to pair with the HT-A8000/A9000/A9M2/A9/A7000/A5000/A3000/S2000 Soundbars for advanced home theater sound.
