A: Yes, this is what happens when a company won't put any effort forward for improved inventory management, website bot protection, or general customer satisfaction. They would rather make commercials and emails about how hard they are working for their customers and then put no effort behind the statements. Shocker that their company revenue has had issues.

Q: Will Entertainment Earth also get this? They had to fill my order last time when you didn't fill it for me as expected. Hasbro must believe in your ineptitude but that's not really a surprise.

A: It’s my understanding from Hasbro Pulse that the only store that it’s allowed to be sold in on a regular market price is Best Buy. And I’m talking about Star Wars the credit collection have the Mandalorian. You cannot get this product anywhere else except for Best Buy at regular price. There’s always the third market well you’ll pay higher but if you’re wanting to pay retail Best Buy is the only place you can do it. I’ve had great experiences at Best Buy. If something ever happens or I have a question oh I doIt’s called them and they figured it out for me. These figures are sought off by collectors and not necessarily for children buying them. Don’t get me wrong children want them and play with them but the majority the people buying it online are collectors wanting it in the pristine mint condition box. Have any issues just call them directly.

Q: How is it "not avaiable for the delivery method requested" when there is ONLY ONE METHOD, shipping? This is when it's not adding to the cart and then telling me it's "out of stock."

Q: I second all these ^ , but what I'd really like to know is: this is a PREORDER, we the fans are providing you with numbers you would need to ORDER and therefore, have available to ship, leaving you with no overstock or unsold product. how is it SOLD OUT!!

A: Hasbro pause gives an allotment to Best Buy on how many figures they can take for pre-orders and then they give them an allotment to put them in their stores. It’s really not a Best Buy issue as it is a Hasbro Pulse issue. I would contact Hasbro Pulse. I have in the past and they’ve had great customer service. But again this is an a Best Buy deal this is how Hasbro pause does with pre-orders. So another words Best Buy knows exactly how many they can sell for pre-orders and exactly how many are going to each store depending on the volume of sales at the store does will determine how many they get.
